I am writing to let you know how much I love my Charlie! I have had dogs in the past, but none like this little guy here. I purchased Charlie September 2023 - Who knew this is what I needed. I am a veteran and suffer from PTSD. Charlie seems to sense when I need just a little more compassion. I love how he just comes and lays on or next to me unprompted when I really seem to need it the most. He is hands down the best dog we have ever had. He is so calm and is perfectly content just sitting on the couch. He love’s running around the back yard. His favorite thing to do is go on car rides. He loves riding shotgun and becomes very vocal if he has to ride in the back seat.

I have wanted to have a dog for the longest time. I have always been partial to Goldendoodles. Having just moved to South Carolina, I went on the Internet to find a breeder somewhere in the area. I came up with a few names within the state. I began to make my calls. I left messages. Most never called back. One sent me a 6 page contract I should have sent to the Supreme Court to see if they could interpret it for me. One told me she would call back soon. Still waiting. One person took the call from her classroom as she was teaching a lesson in school. None seemed to show the care I was looking for. Back to the Internet search. I found Bark at the Ranch. I made a phone call which was answered on the 2nd ring. We proceeded to talk for the longest time. Every question I had was answered. He brought up questions I would have never thought of. He said for me to think this over. I did and called back. Again, no wait for an answer. Again, an open ended discussion. I felt I found someone who was learned in what he was doing and who truly cared that any dog he would deliver would be placed in a good home. An agreement was made and I waited for the birth of my new pal. In a few weeks, I got a call telling me a litter was born. Knowing what type I was looking for, BATR had a perfect match.
The following Sunday, I received a call from my Rufus and I mean a call. Rufus himself thanked me for wanting him and said he is excited to meet me. Each Sunday for the next 8 weeks I watched my Rufus grow up. During that time, every call I made was promptly answered. He led me through what I needed to do to prepare for Rufus. He told me what plans I should make to give him a happy and healthy home. When it was time to make our connection, He made plans to meet me half way between his home and mine. When he drove up and placed Rufus in my arms, I was complete. For all of you that have Goldendoodles, I am sorry to tell you that Rufus is better looking and well mannered than all of yours. Before we drove off for home, BATR made sure that I was totally prepared to give my Rufus a good home. He carefully explained about getting his shots and how I should treat him in our first few days together. As we were about to depart, he presented Rufus with a beautiful gift basket. BATR assured me that they would be available to answer any of my questions and they have.
What a professional operation. What care and concern shown. I feel that I am co parenting Rufus with BATR. Don't bother comparing breeders. I don't think you are going to find anyone better. He is a credit to his field.

If you are shopping for a Golden Doodle and you have come to this site…just stop looking because THIS is where you need to be! I found BATR after searching online for a puppy. I’m glad I stopped searching because once I spoke with them, I knew I had found the perfect breeder. I was very careful not to be involved in a “puppy mill” situation. The communication was fabulous! BATR answered every question I had, never rushed me and our whole family looked forward to our Sunday “PUPdates”. The adoption process was so professional and my puppy transitioned just perfectly! She didn’t miss a beat! She snuggled in my arms all the way home and that’s been her favorite place to be ever since! Now, let’s talk about my puppy - Sailor! Sailor is the daughter of Teddy and Pixie. She is a TOY GOLDENDOODLE weighing in at 5lbs at almost 7 months old . She has been such a wonderful addition to our family. Sailor has the best personality and demeanor and has never met a person or animal that she doesn’t want to be friends with. Sailor has been easier to train than what I was hoping and she is so well behaved - she doesn’t even CHEW! Did I mention that she doesn’t shed at all? Colby slept through the night the first night (and every night since) with no crying at all. Colby is so smart and has the best personality. When we had to put down our poodle after 15-years we knew our home needed another. After discovering Bark at the Ranch, I reached out to inquire about a toy poodle on the site and that afternoon had paid the deposit for Hazel.

No one plans on saying goodbye to their pet (let's call them what they are, a family member) before they reach an old age. In our case, we had to say goodbye to our dear 10 year old Jake dog (minipoodle), suddenly...and with a never ending amount of sadness. The void in our home was felt deeply...so quiet, missing my shadow and longing for that unconditional love, laughs and licks that a dog can only bring. With two little ones at home under the age of 9, the daily reminder of what was lost was unbearable. When is too soon to look for a new addition? How can we deal with heartbreak again? Will people think we are replacing a pet we recently lost? All these questions and more, just weighed on our hearts.
My husband and I, on a whim, searched the internet for any minipoodles or toy poodles that may be available within humane societies, rescue organizations, those with surprise litters at home and those that raise and support puppies out of passion for dogs and bringing joy to families. And there we found him...well more specifically the website for Bark at the Ranch. We consider the steps taken after we found their site destiny, plain and simple. Destiny in finding Bark at the Ranch, destiny that only one male dog was available from the litter, destiny that BATR wasn’t too far from us, destiny that the name we tossed around was shown, through various signs, to be the right one. After talking with them on the phone , we then had a video chat with BATR, myself and my husband to meet our prospective dog, it was a match made to be. We had found the one we wanted to make a part of our family. We had found our sweet Finn.
I can not say enough about the weekly updates BATR provided, the support in answering questions before Finn came home, as well as how invested Bark at the Ranch is in terms of making sure the dogs are consistently checked out by the vet, start to potty train the dog, start the dog getting adjusted to time away from siblings or in a crate/gated area, calling the dog by their chosen name and even touching the dog as if they were getting groomed so they get used to it.
Finally, it was time to meet our Finn. Our meeting with BATR was precious, full of information and full of tears (mostly on my part). They also gave us such amazing puppy gifts and a blanket with the scent of Finn's parents to help with the separation. My husband and I had planned to suprise our 2 children, as well as several family members. It went perfectly. Many tears and smiles and puppy kisses. It was beautiful. How did we live this life without our sweet Finn?
From the moment he came hone, we could tell he was raised with such love, kindness and attention. He has been a perfect fit. He keeps us on our toes and jogs our puppy time memory.
I highly recommend Bark at the Ranch when considering adding a new addition to your family. Rich understood my heartbreak from losing my best dog friend. He can never be replaced. Now, I have made room in my heart for a new best dog friend. Bark at the Ranch, their love for animals and their support for people and families near and far are a blessing in this life. We are immensely grateful and thankful for Bark at the Ranch...without them we wouldn't have our sweet Finn.

If you are ever considering getting a goldendoodle with a perfect personality, Bark At The Ranch is the best possible breeder to go with, even with the time sitting on wait list would turn out worth it all. That moment I picked up Rocky and felt his furry paws in my hand, “this is the happiest day of my life” as I said to myself. Being a first time puppy parent comes with anxiety, self-doubt, and of course a great amount of questions. BATR was being extremely patient and considerate with all my questions and concerns (including the silly ones). On our first call, he started off by asking me a list of questions to make sure that I and my apartment were ready for getting a toy size goldendoodle and providing a healthy happy growing environment for Rocky. BATR regard their puppy as an extension to their own family, thus finding a good forever home is much more valued than simply making some quick cash and moving forward. After I made up my mind to reserve Rocky, Rich began to text us the weekly “pupdates” every Sunday morning. It was a long long text with a detailed diary-like explanation of Rocky’s experience with new things that came into his life. It was as if I was personally there with my pup and watched him grow until the day when he’s ready to come home. The first few days after Rocky got home and started living with us, I constantly had all sorts of questions and I didn’t hesitate to trouble Rich because he was the only person I trust fully with Rocky. BATR always picks up immediately, and if not, he would make sure to return my call the moment he reaches his phone. He even remembered the date of the first day of my work and gave a warm notice the day before to ensure that I have a good sleep to prepare for this important day. All those things I mentioned here, a breeder doesn’t necessarily have to do - people would still want their puppies with their perfect line. But BATR did all of them without the slightest impatience anyway, because he is more than just a breeder to us - he is also a best caring friend. I can’t thank you enough and you already know this. Finally, I hope everyone who reads this would bring home a sweet baby just like we did!

It has been almost a week since we got our most adorable puppy (Summer) from BATR and we could not be happier with the entire experience. If I grade their service from 0- 10 scale, I would have to give them 11 because they really went extra miles to make sure Summer is the right one for our family and we are the right people to take care of Summer.
We are first time puppy parents and we really had A LOT of questions and concerns. BATR was on the phone for hours with us (sorry for all the trouble) but he never rushed to take down a deposit. He even reserved the puppy for us without receiving any money until we made our final decision.. All he cared about was to help Summer to find her forever home and that we were ready for this huge commitment. Along with the puppy, the two years health guarantee and all her vet paper work, BATR also sent us a gift basket with her toys, blankets, food etc. He even sent a bed that she slept on before to help her transition to new environment . (It made our lives a lot easier)
One week in, Summer is already potty and crate trained. She also learned many commands, loves playing with other dogs and people. We could not be more grateful for Rich to bring Summer into our lives. I highly recommend getting your puppy from Bark at the Ranch!

I would like to give a review based on the services I experienced with Bark at the Ranch Dog Breeders. BATR are amazing people, not to mention amazing Dog Breeders. I cannot say enough good things about these professional, sweet Breeders. When I decided to purchase another Golden Doodle, this was a bit of an emotional decision as I lost my Golden Doodle 2 years ago from leukemia. From the moment I spoke to Rich on the phone, I was impressed because he was very interested and concerned about the homes the puppies would go to. I’ve never seen such quality care and attention their dogs receive. We quickly became best friends through text and phone calls. He was sending me pictures and video of Bella all along with updates on her life and where she was at developmentally. I needed reassurance and I was so very happy to receive constant communication while waiting the 6 weeks!! I not only got great attention and service throughout, but Bella, now 3 months is absolutely perfect in every way. Her Vet check showed she was perfectly healthy and she was very well cared for. I wanted to finally get a note to you on how Rosalie is doing in her new family. We just love her so very much.! After the loss of our last dog several years ago, we said "No" to more dogs....just too busy with our large family. But the kids asked for a long time. And then COVID happened. Not so busy anymore. We were blessed to find your "ranch" and Rosalie online in May, and things fell into place. She brings such joy to our house and family. She is a wonderful puppy! People can't believe her wonderful, laid-back demeanor, for a puppy. I was very impressed with how you all handled her, as I can touch her ears, in between her toes, anywhere, with her patience. She is great with all our kids, very gentle and playful. She has been easy to train. She can now, sit, wait, laydown, come, "leave it" to food on the floor, and we are working on roll over. She is great on a leash. But most impressive is her ability to just stay buy us when we are out in our large yard. She just tags along with us...and happily eats blueberries from our bushes while we pick. I cannot say enough for how you got her ready for our home, and the care she must have received from you to be such a sweet dog. The care package you sent home and your follow-up was so kind. (and the pamphlets on the first nights at home were helpful....as that was a bit rough). She has settled in just fine, and I think she loves all the attention and love she receives from our family. Their puppies (and parents) are GORGEOUS ❤️ The details they pay attention to are amazing! They go above and beyond to be sure that the puppies are spoiled until the day they leave for their new homes. I loved getting my “pupdates” every week. We just got our 2nd Goldendoodle GiGi from Bark at the Ranch and I am amazed at how advance she is from the first day we brought her home. Potty training has been a breeze, walking on the leash (killed it!) and grooming is no problem. This is not because we just got some Rockstar puppy, it’s because of the love and attention all the puppies receive before going to their forever homes. He’s so comfortable being handled,(paws,ears,face) which has made bathing, grooming and training much easier. I highly recommend Bark at the Ranch Goldendoodles!

I highly recommend Bark at the Ranch. My wife and I got a puppy from them to add to our pack of five young kids ages 10 to 3. George is wonderful. He is gentle with the kids yet loves to play. He is very intelligent and is learning quickly. Our vet gave George a clean bill of health and everyone admires how handsome he is. Throughout the adoption process Mark was honest and fair. His communication was outstanding and he bent over backwards to be accommodating. We are thrilled with our pup and the adoption process was as smooth as it could be. You should get a dog from BATR.

We are so thrilled to have our new best friend Juno Pearl, our toy Goldendoodle. From first contact to delivery , Bark at the Ranch made us feel very comfortable and was extremely responsive and professional. We received weekly “pup dates” and were able to see our puppy’s progress week to week. Our Remy is doing great, had his 12 week vet visit, shots & micro-chip. He has doubled his weight to 19.6 lbs and has adjusted well in every way: eating, sleeping, leash-training. He's an amazing dog & fits well into our family.
